House Rules for E Park Homestay
1) Please make sure your check in and check out date is correct!
2) You need to pay a deposit of RM200 to make reservation.The balance shall be paid upon keys collection!
3) No discount is given for late check-ins or early check-outs
4) Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12pm. Surcharge will be imposed for late check out. The latest time for check-in is by 830pm, no check-ins will be entertained after 830pm.
5) Please keep the apartment clean and wash all the cooking utensils/plates after use.
6) Please take good care of all the furnitures/fixtures/electrical appliances in the apartment or fine will be imposed if damage is done to these items.
7) Please dispose all rubbish to designated area before leaving the apartment.
8) Cancellation and Amendment Policy is as below,
a) Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made.
b) Surcharge of RM80 will be imposed if amendment is made within 7 days prior to arrival date.
c) Surcharge of RM50 will be imposed if amendment is made 7-14 days prior to arrival date.
d) No surcharge will be imposed if amendment is made more than 14days prior to arrival date!
9) Maximum occupants: 6 persons
